Today the District which sought to remove the lay-off case from the jurisdiction of the Court of Common Pleas. The Order vacates the Single Justice Order which stayed the June 13, 2011 Common Pleas matter.

In vacating that Stay, and dismissing all of the proceedings before the Supreme Court, there are now no obstacles to the scheduling of a Preliminary Injunction Hearing before Judge Idee Fox of the Court of Common Pleas.

President Jerry Jordan stated that he was, "Gratified that the matter will be heard in the Court of Common Pleas."
