Explain to me how you are going to be 18 , play for a Division I college team and be linebacker ,the next thing you know you get chased down but some local yocal out of shape police.

Alex Twine from Gaithersburg , MD got run down by a police officer according to WTOP. Twine slow ass was allegedly drunk, horny and hitting cars in the parking lot near Campus of University of Maryland.
