During the a recent show, Parr seemed to imply that Smiley is crying because President Obama has not appeared on any of Smiley's shows nor invited Smiley to the White House like past President have done because is a high profile black media person. Parr adds that Smiley and Cornell West may have a hidden agenda and , Parr makes reference to his book. In the book, one chapter talks about the politics of Smiley and West.
Although various members of the morning show crew felt Smiley was just a token because Smiley has appeared on various talks shows, Smiley has always been vocal about all Presidential administrations in the United States.
Being that Smiley has been consistent in his past political actions, others still find problems when Smiley is vocal about America's current President.

Hmmm, I think . Obama is happy that he did goto those schools and graduate regardless of his pass grades . In fact, anyone non rich struggle with bad grades would be happy to have taken the path that Obama took and receive the same success.
