-- A Chesterfield County husband and wife have been charged with embezzling as much as $250,000 from a private security firm where the wife was employed as an accountant and her husband a security guard. Cheryl A. Wadsworth, 43, and her husband, James B. Wadsworth, 40, both of the 100 block of Swanage Road, were being held on five felony embezzlement counts each for alleged offenses dating to Jan. 1, 2009, according to police and court records. They are accused of stealing funds from Al's Security Patrol, owned by Cheryl Wadsworth's stepfather, Al Resh.
