Charlie Sheen is in the DMV aka mid east and money east. Mid east is DC,md,va, pa, de, wv. Does Sheen owe a local drug dealer money? At this point in time, there is no answer to that question but, we do know the local paps are at war to get pictures of Sheen. The police job is to protect and serve and Sheen is receiving the best protections but, the word is out that pictures have been captured of Sheen already and should show up on the net real soon.
Normally, the local paps work together but no one is returning phone calls and, the local paps are just dealing with their own network of personal information.
