I thought must rich dudes in this situation paid the person off to avoid trouble. Well, Albert Haynesworth is in big trouble not and a bad foot will not get him out of this situation.

Haynesworth has been indicted. In other words, Big Al has been : to charge with a crime by the finding or presentment of a jury (as a grand jury) in due form of law.
