With all this new technology , people still are having trouble with branding themselves and getting to the market place in the entertainment world of Hollywood. With all the new roads to promoting ones career, various people in the African American community still need to beg from the table of the larger structure of Hollywood.

Yes , Hollywood pays better but, alot of African American actors, directors , writers and other supporting elements in the entertainment world can still make money and build a infrastructure for themselves with out all the Hollywood money.

Recently, Taraji P Henson did an interview with the Huffington Post. She went over various issues that Black actors face in the industry. Henson referees to herself as a stock actress in relationship with Tyler Perry and John Singleton. Henson makes reference to age discrimination too and gender problems that women face in the industry
