During the 2009 Congressional Black Caucus Foundation conference, one of the panels with education as the topic had a person on the panel that was very upset with the NYC school system police force. The woman provided information about the NYC school police force. She stated it was the six largest in the country, they are taking kids out of school in handcuffs for minor things, and , the school system is making criminals out of young children.
