Boris Yeltsin was once the President of the Russian Federation. During the Clinton years, Yeltsin visited the United States for talks. Well, Yeltsin one night got drunk and was walking around DC in his draws trying to flag a cab down because he was looking for pizza and some fun.
To this day, the Secert Service and Russian forces don't know how he even left the Blair House. Yeltsin escape the watchful eyes of the United States Government and the Russian protective service once again.
He claimed down the fire esacpe at the Blair House and they had a rent a cop drive around while he looked for entertainment but , this time Yeltsin was cut off at the path by the Secert Service and Russian forces.
