Every year the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation holds an annual conference. The conferences consist of panel discussion on various topics that are based around the People of Color and in particular those of African descent. The conference brings in annual about 20,000 people and , the conference allow other spin off activities to take place because so many people are in town.
