A big lawsuit has been filed against Nelly and Marshal Faulk. Bremen Bank and Trust in St. Louis County Court claims that Nelly aka Cornell Hayes and Marshall Faulk defaulted on a promissory note. Faulk, Hayes (Nelly) and some others are apart of an investment group titled North Meramec Investors. The entity North Meramec Investors along with Nelly and others is listed in the court document below .
