If Gina Higginbotham knew her job, she would have never renewed the contract with Policy Studies Institute. If PSI would not have been renewed, the new company could have at least made management changes and conducted an audit to the current systems. If Gina Higginbotham knew job, she would closed down the private company that handles the collection of money for child support too. If Gina Higginbotham knew her job, child support for the state of Maryland customer service would not remain the same.
People are starting the question Higginbotham leadership ability and her ability to understand that child support in state of Maryland needs new laws and better service.
One has to hope it is not to late for Gina Higginbotham and her job along with her staff.
